Crystal, is a Nurse, Advanced Aesthetician, Certified Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner, Certified Health Wellness and Weight Management Coach, Paramedical Tattoo Artist, and National Clinical Trainer. As an experienced professional with 20 years of ER experience throughout Arizona and the Pacific Northwest; to include Phoenix Children’s, MIHS, Banner Good Sam, (now Banner University), Banner Thunderbird as well as rural ER’s. In addition to ER, Crystal has worked in Hospice, Burn ICU(MIHS), Seattle Cancer Center, as well as assisted in the development of Phoenix Children’s Urgent care(s). She has dedicated the last 5 years to extensive training in aesthetics, nutrition, and paramedical tattooing. Attending the Aesthetics Institute of Portland for both Master Aesthetics and Advanced Aesthetics and is also, licensed in both Oregon and Washington for Advanced Aesthetics and Paramedical Tattooing; with Oregon having the most stringent licensing requirements in the country for tattooing. Along with running her own successful Aesthetics Practice(s) in Oregon and Washington, Crystal has worked as both a National Clinical Trainer for Aesthetics Devices as well as a sales Rep, training Aesthetics Practices and Physicians across the country.
Dr. Barraco has been a licensed physician for over 39 years. For 29 of these years he worked as a Board Certified Emergency Physician mostly in the capacity of Department Medical Director and/ or EMS Medical Director. He served as Emergency Department Director for 13 years at Wickenburg Community Hospital and followed that up with 6 years service as a staff physician at the Wickenburg Community Hospital Clinic. Additionally, Dr. Barraco has extensive experience in Aesthetic Medicine and holds Certifications in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from the Global Cenegenics Performance Health Age Management Group. He was also the founder and Medical Director of Scottsdale Health Institute.
Dr. Robin Samaddar has been practicing Emergency Medicine for over 20 years. He is certified as a Medical Director in Aesthetics. Dr. Samaddar grew up in Indiana and obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with his Doctor of Medicine. He relocated to Arizona for residency in Emergency Medicine in 2001 and has been there ever since. He started his career in Emergency Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix before moving to Honor Health (formerly Scottsdale Healthcare) to work in the three Scottsdale EDs. He has served as the Emergency Department Chair and Medical Director at Honor Health Shea. Quality, safety, and efficiency are his primary goals in the practice of medicine. He resides with his wife and three children. Dr. Samaddar is an avid swimmer, biker, and runner and has competed in a number of marathons and triathlons over the last 25 years.
